In OpenUtau and SynthV, you can use the arrow keys to shift notes around, as well as include a modifier like <code>ctrl</code> to transpose an octave quickly. As both a convenience and accessibility feature, this would be appreciated :) That said, a menu-based command for octave shift would also work just fine imo

A way to edit the sample timing would be nice. DeepVocal-like sample timing edition

Currently when you initially use a Singer for the first time the project will render significantly slower as it’s also generating cached files for each of the samples as they’re needed.An option under the Right-Click context menu to, in bulk, cache all of that singers audio so that they can render faster right from the get-go when used in future would be quite useful.It would also be especially nice if you could opt in when initially installing a singer to have it do this as well during that process.

I don’t think this can be classified as a feature Request,But, In my personal opinion paying 120$ for a editor can be very pricey for people on third world countries.This makes Mikoto not only not acessible for them but also not available. Wouldn’t it be better to offer cheaper editions of Mikoto? With Less features from the most expensive one of course. Like no VST,Plugin and DAW support or even track limits.

I am finding it a bit difficult to understand how to close the library menu and the singer property menu. For instance, when I wanted to change the singer, I clicked on the track icon as I would in other applications; however, after the change was made, I couldn't figure out how to close the menu. Additionally, the button to open the library menu looks quite similar to the selection and note input tools, which adds to the confusion. Furthermore, I am having trouble figuring out how to exit Mikoto Studio. Most software applications typically allow you to close the program using the "X" button in the top right corner. It seems that this option is either not available or hidden in Mikoto Studio, and I haven't been able to find an alternative way to close it. As I am not fluent in English, I may be overlooking something, but I would appreciate it if you could consider adding a standard "X" button to close the application, similar to other software. I'm using a translation tool, so please excuse me if my sentences are a bit unclear.

In Mikoto Studio v0.6, we will add audio recording functionality. Users can record audio clips across multiple tracks and inputs. We will extend the capabilities of the audio engine and improve its reliability to handle these new features.

Currently, when trying to import a project file on a fresh installation of Mikoto Studio will result in an error if the Singer library is empty or no default singer is set. Fixing this should be twofold:<ul><li>At startup, check if the default Singer is set. If it isn’t and the library isn’t empty, select the first Singer in the library as default.</li><li>When importing a project, if a default Singer cannot be determined, Mikoto sthould default to the built-in SimpleSynth.</li></ul>

This issue is still being investigated. Please bear with us as we try to resolve the problem. It is likely related to a similar issue during activation where the screen rapidly flickers before returning to the login screen.
