Semitone/Octave shift

In OpenUtau and SynthV, you can use the arrow keys to shift notes around, as well as include a modifier like ctrl to transpose an octave quickly. As both a convenience and accessibility feature, this would be appreciated :) That said, a menu-based command for octave shift would also work just fine imo
