MIDI and VPR/VSQx importing is broken

Importing MIDIs from DAWs does not import BPM, and time sigs. Moreso, importing midi also imports notes that have wrong sizes.

[This was supposed to be a 43 bar-long MIDI, turned into 6 and a half.]

To get the right results from DAW-made MIDIs (no lyrics), I had to import it to SynthV, then import it as an SVP over to Mikoto to have the MIDI work as intended.

Importing VPR/VSQx seems to be broken as well. (Although it seems to only happen at times when it comes to VSQx files. If I keep insisting, it’ll eventually import the VSQx. Can’t say the same about VPRs though.)
