[Linux] Add a fallback license/key store

At the moment Mikoto requires a secrets manager to be running in order to log in and store license keys. Not all users will have or want to use these systems for a variety of reasons (In my experience, KDE Wallet has broken functionality of things).

It would be nice if it is possible to use to use Mikoto without these.
