Freeze clip

Make it possible to temporarily freeze Singer clips to free up resources. A snapshot of the current clip audio is stored in a temporary folder, so that the clip doesn’t need to be re-rendered when loading the project. Using this feature, already tuned tracks take up less resources, while still making it possible to unfreeze the clip to make edits.
