DeepVocal-like sample timing edition

A way to edit the sample timing would be nice. I am recommending a DeepVocal style because i think it’s better example for something that would work on Mikoto UI: some boundaries color coded that can adjust consonants, overlaps, etc.
For example, on DV:
- Red: Consonant
- Yellow: Unstable part of the vowel
- Green: Stable part (that loop/stretch)
- Purple: VX Transition (diphthong timing, VC timing)
