I feel like the way MIDI creation is dealt with the program, while effective to some users, is rather lacking when it comes to how people with limited wrist movements, or things like Carpal Tunel Syndrome, RSI, etc.
MIDI notes that can usually be created/edited with a single click (spwaning + editing) in other programs and DAWs, usually take 3 clicks (2 for spawning a note, 1 for editing its size). Although at first that might not seem like much, it scales off exponentially the longer the user makes the MIDI for, which is enough to make a difference between said user finishing a whole song with ease that day, or not.
I suggest making a VOCALOID/SynthV-like approach to MIDI creation would be a better choice for cases like that. Not only for accessibility, but also for usability, I myself know other users who personally also prefer how the MIDI creation experience feels on other programs, as the TuneLab-like approach can be quite the hassle for people who arenβt used to those kinds of programs either.
